  An account is considered inactive if no login is recorded for 12 consecutive months or more. be399 may apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month to inactive accounts after this period, deducted from the available balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by SMS or email before inactivity fees begin.
